Our street-legal low speed vehicles (LSVs) are titled and plated, so you can drive Florida streets posted 35 mph or less. Come test drive one and we'll walk you through what your neighborhood needs.
Under Florida law, a regular golf cart can only use public roads that a city or county has designated and signed for golf carts. A low speed vehicle (LSV) can be driven on streets posted at 35 mph or less.
LSVs must be titled, registered and insured, the driver needs a valid driver license, and the vehicle needs equipment like headlamps, stop lamps, turn signals, taillamps, reflectors, a parking brake, mirrors, a windshield, seat belts and a VIN.
Source: Florida Statutes 316.2122 and 316.212. Cities and counties can restrict specific roads, so always check the posted limits and local rules for your route.
